Paul is a city in guilds trained chef who did his training at Colchester institute and this was followed by an enjoyable few years on the island of Jersey, where he learnt is love for seafood. Paul’s other passions are his three children, Ipswich town oh and his wife Gemma!
After leaving school Gemma took on part time work in the catering industry to fill in the gaps from her full time photography employment, it wasn’t long before she was offered a full time position which was when she met Paul. After meeting in 2000 they now enjoy spending time with their 3 young children & running the Brantham Bull.
